Complaints procedure in Tursib S.A.

Tursib S.A. pays special attention to solving complaints received from travelers.In this regard, we would like to inform you about the procedures and details necessary to ensure an efficient resolution of the reported problems.

Anonymous petitions or those in which the identification data of the petitioner are not entered shall not be taken into account and shall be classified according to art. 7 OG nr. 27/2002 of GO nr. 27/2002 regulating the activity of solving petitions with subsequent amendments.

If you want to submit a complaint, please provide us with detailed information such as the date of the event, the route, the station, the time and direction of travel. These details are essential and are necessary for us to be able to make a quick and correct identification of the situation complained of.

For complaints related to our equipment such as electronic displays in stations, please specify the station, time and describe in detail the situation complained of.

In case of complaints about yellow contactless devices on Tursib buses, please mention the date, time, registration number of the bus and, if possible, the position of the validator (first, second, etc.).
